Bar Manager - La Plage Restaurant & Oyster Bar (Westport, CT) La Plage Restaurant & Oyster Bar is seeking an experienced, polished, and cocktail-driven Bar Manager to lead our beverage program and oversee daily bar operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about handcrafted cocktails, exceptional guest service, and creating a welcoming upscale atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily bar operations, setup, service, and maintenance. Partner with the Beverage Director to develop and enhance the beverage program. Collaborate with the culinary team on food and beverage offerings. Lead, coach, and support the bar team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Maintain high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of bartending experience, preferably in a casual fine dining or upscale restaurant. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, recipes, and ingredients. Solid wine knowledge required. Proven leadership and team management skills. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
