Job Details:

GHR is seeking an experienced Hospice RN for day shift coverage throughout Sussex County . This role involves responding to patient and family triage calls and providing skilled hospice nursing care in home, facility, ALF, and occasional hospital settings. The RN must be comfortable working independently, performing clinical assessments autonomously, and managing urgent patient care. Average range 6-8 visits per day.

Pay Rate:

$52/hour

Schedule:

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday Length:

13 -

Weeks Shift:

8:00 am-5:00 pm or 9:00 am-6:00 pm

Job Requirements:
