The Registered Staff Development Nurse functions as a Liaison between the facility and community education resources. The Registered Staff Development Nurse works in conjunction with theDON/ADON
to provide education related to quality assurance data conversion and evaluation for the QA program to educate and inform staff of facility QA needs and program to improve resident care. The RN Staff Development Nurse analyzes and evaluates nursing care of employees during probationary period to assure the standards of nursing practice are of the highest quality. The Registered Staff Development Nurse supervises, trains and has orientation for all staff.Requirements:
