Operating Room RN Opportunity - Maryland Direct Hire | Full-Time | Day Shift A nationally recognized, community-focused healthcare system is seeking experienced Operating Room Registered Nurses to join its Surgical Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys perioperative nursing, collaborating with multidisciplinary surgical teams, and providing high-quality patient care throughout the surgical experience. Position Overview Permanent, full-time opportunity Work alongside surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and perioperative teams Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented culture Variety of surgical specialties including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Gynecology, and Neurosurgery Shift Details Full-time schedule Day shift opportunities available Call rotation required Approximately 2-3 call shifts per month, including every other weekend
Compensation & Incentives Salary Range:
$61,776 - $98,841 (based on experience) $33 - $52.80 hourly (based on experience)
