Job Description

Private Duty RN/LPN - In-Home Care We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a client in a private home.

Responsibilities:

Perform nursing assessments and monitor changes in the client's condition. Administer medications as prescribed, including oral medications. Provide oral care and assist with personal hygiene as needed. Monitor vital signs and document findings. Communicate changes in the client's condition to the family and healthcare providers. Maintain accurate nursing documentation. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining dignity and privacy.

Qualifications:

Current Florida RN or LPN license. Current CPR/BLS certification. Experience in home health, private duty, geriatrics, or long-term care preferred. Excellent assessment and communication skills. Reliable transportation and ability to work independently.

Pay:

$35-$60 per hour, depending on license and experience.

Pay:

$35.50 - $55.00 per hour
