Work Arrangement — Remote and On-Site On-site Provide clinical oversight, consultation, and escalation support to Charge RNs by phone, secure message, and video throughout each activation. Maintain reliable connectivity, a backup power source, and a backup means of communication — activations occur during storms that disrupt both. Remain reachable and responsive throughout activation windows, including nights and weekends during a declared event. Review daily operational nursing reports and incident reports remotely; direct corrective action same-day. Deploy to any of the three North Fort Myers shelter sites when clinical acuity, an incident, a staffing gap, or an LCEC request warrants direct presence. Conduct on-site clinical rounding, medical-station review, and protocol audits during extended activations. Support pre-season readiness walkthroughs, staff orientation, and post-activation after-action review on-site. Activation, Schedule & Availability Available for activation up to 72 hours before anticipated landfall, through impact, and into recovery. Activations range from 24 hours to 14 consecutive days; oversight coverage is continuous for the duration.
