Full-Time, Flexible Facility-Based Schedule Compensation:
Approximately $140,000- $160,000 annually at expected productivity HealthYes Staffing Network is recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a growing Internal Medicine practice providing primary and preventive care to adult and geriatric patients throughout South Florida.
- $160,000 in annual compensation at expected productivity Approximately 12-15 patient encounters per day Flexible, results-oriented daily schedule Established adult and geriatric patient population ALF, ILF, and SNF practice environments Coverage throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties Approximately one to two advanced practice providers and one physician per facility High degree of clinical autonomy Physician-supported practice model Rotating call approximately once every three to four weeks eClinicalWorks electronic medical record Scheduling and billing support Immediate opening Responsibilities Provide primary, preventive, and acute care to adult and geriatric patients Conduct comprehensive assessments and routine follow-up visits Evaluate changes in condition and acute medical concerns Diagnose and manage hypertension, diabetes, dementia, and other chronic conditions Manage medications and prescribe within applicable Florida regulations Complete clinical orders and individualized care plans Coordinate care with physicians, facility teams, specialists, patients, and families Participate in interdisciplinary care planning when appropriate Address applicable HEDIS, quality measures, and risk-adjustment requirements Maintain complete and timely documentation in eClinicalWorks Independently manage assigned patients and facility responsibilities Qualifications Active Florida APRN license Current ANCC or AANP board certification Active DEA registration required Prior clinical practice experience required Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, post-acute care, skilled nursing, or long-term-care experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Comfortable practicing with substantial autonomy Reliable transportation and willingness to travel among assigned facilities Medicare credentialing preferred Strong communication, organization, and care-coordination skills Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain personal professional liability/malpractice insurance Compensation and Employment Terms Annual compensation is approximately $140,000•$160,000 when meeting the expected productivity level of approximately 12-15 patient encounters per day.
- The selected provider will be responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and paying for their own professional liability/malpractice insurance at the coverage limits required by the practice and applicable facilities.
- The complete productivity methodology, employment classification, benefits, mileage or travel reimbursement, and other employment terms will be reviewed with qualified candidates.
