Job Description
Choctaw Global seeks a Family Advocacy Nurse to support military and government clients by promoting family safety, wellness, and resilience. In this role, you will conduct risk and safety assessments, provide case management, health education, and early intervention for at-risk families, and coordinate services with multidisciplinary teams and community partners. The nurse documents care in compliance with regulations, maintains confidentiality, and contributes to prevention, outreach, and training efforts that reflect Choctaw values of respect, integrity, and community support.
