Vi Living, a luxury senior living leader, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for our full-time day shift in Skilled Nursing. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to skilled nursing residents following care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments, monitor vitals, and document in electronic health records Support physicians and RNs with assessments, procedures, and care coordination Observe, recognize, and promptly report changes in residents' conditions Educate residents and families on care plans, medications, and health maintenance Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance in all care activities Supervise and support CNAs and other unlicensed staff on the unit Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and contribute to care planning Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and shift reports Promote a resident-first, service-focused culture aligned with Vi Living standards Required Skills Medication administration Skilled nursing care Electronic health records (EHR) documentation Wound care Vital signs monitoring Infection control practices Care planning and coordination Geriatric nursing Patient and family education Supervision of CNAs
