Gulf Breeze Recovery is expanding our nursing team and seeking skilled, dependable Registered Nurses committed to delivering high‑quality care to individuals undergoing medical detoxification and residential substance use treatment. Our nurses play a critical role in patient safety, clinical assessment, medication administration, and supporting patients through the most challenging phases of early recovery. We operate in a collaborative, team‑driven environment where sound clinical judgment and steady professionalism truly matter. What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and provide continuous patient monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders
• Evaluate, document, and respond to withdrawal symptoms using established protocols
• Identify and act on changes in patient condition promptly and appropriately
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical documentation
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, counselors, and the broader treatment team
• Provide clear patient education, reassurance, and support throughout the recovery process
• Respond effectively to medical concerns and emergencies
• Contribute to a positive, reliable team culture grounded in professionalism and compassion Qualifications
• Current Florida RN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
• Experience in detox, substance use treatment, behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, emergency nursing, or corrections is preferred—but we are willing to train the right candidate Current Openings Full-Time
• Weekend Nights A consistent overnight weekend schedule for nurses seeking stability and routine. Per Diem (PRN)
