Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to diverse patient populations. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for therapeutic response and adverse effects. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. Perform and document comprehensive patient assessments and vital signs. Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records and documentation. Follow infection prevention, safety, and quality standards and policies. Respond to emergencies and perform basic and advanced nursing interventions as required. Precept and support new nurses and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
