What You'll Do:

Deliver comprehensive and compassionate care to rehab and long-term care patients, following best practices and facility protocols Collaborate closely with interprofessional teams, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, while fostering a positive, healing environment Complete thorough assessments, create individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed Document patient care accurately and efficiently in electronic health records Educate patients and their families on care plans, recovery processes, and health maintenance Follow facility policies and state/federal regulations to ensure safety and quality standards

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted RN license At least one year of experience in rehab or long-term care nursing preferred Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent) Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills Adaptability and enthusiasm for new environments and learning opportunities
