Schedule/Hours:

Flexible choice of either three 12-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts On-call responsibility: 6 shifts per 4-week schedule No floating required Weekend coverage is on-call only

Key Qualifications:

Current RN license, BLS certification, and TNCC (or TCAR) required; must be submitted with your application Minimum recent experience in orthopedic and trauma procedures Able to perform and assist with arthroscopies, total joint replacements, and ortho trauma cases Proficiency with cutting-edge orthopedic equipment and

Meditech EMR Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in the Operating Room, maintaining a 1:1 patient ratio Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary surgical teams throughout orthopedic and trauma procedures Document accurately and efficiently using Meditech EMR Respond swiftly in high-acuity situations, leveraging advanced trauma care skills Adhere to hospital protocols while upholding the highest standards of infection control and safety Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled Follow dress code: hospital-provided scrubs
