Job Description
Make a lasting impact by helping patients avoid unnecessary hospitalizations while building long-term, meaningful relationships. Physician Services Group (PSG) is seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Post-Acute Care team in the Mayo, Florida area. Travel to other locations will be required! Schedule & Setting Part-Time | Monday-Friday | in between the hours of 8:00 AM-4:00 PM In-person care at a local Post-Acute & Skilled Nursing Facility Collaborative care alongside attending physicians and on-site teams
Compensation & Benefits Hourly:
$60-$65 (based on experience) Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida (or ability to obtain) Board Certified (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent) Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills Experience in post-acute, hospital, or outpatient care preferred Passion for geriatric medicine, preventative care, and chronic disease management Travel to other locations will be required!Pay:
