Position Highlights 1099 Independent Contractor Per-Visit Compensation Mileage Reimbursement Paid Flexible Schedule Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN Opportunities Local Territories Compensation $50.00-$140.00 per visit Pay varies based on visit type (Routine Visit, Start of Care, Resumption of Care, Recertification, Discharge, etc.). Responsibilities Start of Care (SOC) Resumption of Care (ROC) Recertification Visits Discharge Visits Skilled Nursing Visits Wound Care Medication Teaching Disease Management OASIS Documentation Coordination with Physicians and Interdisciplinary Team Complete documentation on the day of service Qualifications Active Florida RN License Current BLS/CPR Certification Valid Florida Driver License Reliable Transportation Auto Insurance Home Health experience preferred OASIS experience preferred (training available)
