Job Description

Incredible Health seeks an Emergency Department Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced ED setting. You'll perform rapid triage, stabilize high-acuity patients, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. The ideal RN brings strong clinical judgment, emergency assessment skills, and calm under pressure. Responsibilities Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to emergency department patients across all acuity levels Perform rapid triage, ongoing assessment, and stabilization of critically ill or injured patients Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per physician orders and ED protocols Operate and monitor ED equipment (cardiac monitors, defibrillators, IV pumps) ensuring accurate documentation Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records and comply with all regulatory, safety, and infection-control standards Participate in quality improvement, code response, and clinical initiatives to improve patient outcomes Required Skills Emergency patient assessment and triage IV insertion and medication administration Cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation Advanced life support and code response Wound care and trauma stabilization Electronic health record (EHR) documentation Infection prevention and control ED workflow and patient throughput management Pain management and sedation monitoring Interdisciplinary communication and collaboration
