Job Description
Incredible Health seeks a mission-driven RN to support hospital and health system partners using our technology platform. In this role, you'll combine clinical expertise with data-driven tools to improve nurse hiring, onboarding, and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine workflows, advise on best practices, and ensure our solutions reflect real-world bedside needs. You'll analyze staffing trends, share clinical insights, and advocate for both nurses and patients, helping build scalable tools that enhance workforce stability and patient care nationwide.
