Job Description

HCA Healthcare is seeking New Grad Registered Nurses for our RN Residency program. In this structured transition-to-practice role, you will deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based care while building confidence and competence. Residents participate in classroom learning, simulation labs, and precepted clinical shifts across a variety of specialties. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, care planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
