Surgery Ventures, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks an experienced Operating Room Nurse PRN Seasonal Float to support ambulatory surgery centers. In this flexible, seasonal role, you will circulate and scrub for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures, ensuring safe, evidence-based perioperative care. Responsibilities include pre-op assessments, intraoperative monitoring, and post-anesthesia recovery support, strictly following regulatory and infection control standards. You will collaborate closely with surgeons and anesthesia teams, educate patients and families, and help optimize surgical workflows while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety and quality outcomes.
