Dialysis Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN)

The RN will provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and patient-centered care while ensuring compliance with clinical standards, infection prevention, and regulatory requirements. • and post-dialysis patient assessments Monitor patients during treatment and respond to clinical changes promptly Administer medications as ordered and document accurately Cannulate AV fistulas/grafts and manage CVC access according to policy Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain dialysis equipment safely Ensure infection prevention and control standards are followed at all times Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, diet, and vascular access care Coordinate patient care with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and nursing facilities Maintain accurate patient records and complete required documentation timely Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities Assist with emergency response procedures when necessary Support a positive, respectful, and patient-focused environment Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Dialysis experience preferred (in-center and/or acute dialysis experience a plus) Knowledge of dialysis procedures, infection control, and patient safety standards Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment Bilingual EMR/documentation experience preferred Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Preferred Qualifications Minimum 1 year dialysis nursing experience Experience with ESRD patient care Familiarity with CMS and regulatory standards Join our team as a Registered Nurse•Dialysis where you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients every day!
