Your Role and Impact:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be a vital member of our integrated clinical team, responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care. You will work directly with individuals in various stages of recovery, helping them navigate withdrawal, manage medications, and build a foundation for a healthier future. Responsibilities Monitor and records vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse rate. Dispense medications as directed by Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Assist PMHNP during follow-ups and new consults. Organize and execute treatment plan for individuals. Maintain accurate patient records. Serves as intermediary for patient communication. Job Experience Bachelor's degree (BSN), Associate's degree (ADN), or completion of an accredited nursing program. New graduates encouraged to apply!

Licensure:

Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.

Certifications:

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross). CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) or equivalent de-escalation training (certification required; training may be provided upon hire).

Experience:

Prior experience in psychiatric, mental health, behavioral health, or substance abuse treatment settings is highly preferred. New graduates with strong relevant clinical rotations and a genuine interest in this specialty are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

Exceptional clinical assessment, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to build therapeutic rapport while maintaining professional boundaries. Familiarity with EMR systems.
