Greater Orlando and surrounding Central Florida communities About the Opportunity Vitalounge is seeking experienced registered nurses to provide mobile IV therapy services at clients' homes, hotels, and offices. This is a flexible opportunity designed for nurses who want to earn supplemental income on their own schedule. You will share your availability with us, and we will contact you when a mobile appointment has been booked during the times you are available. There are no fixed shifts or guaranteed hours. Assignments are offered based on client bookings and your stated availability. Compensation $100 flat fee for each completed mobile assignment You keep 100% of all tips received from clients Most assignments take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, although total time may vary depending on travel, supply pickup, and the client's needs All IV supplies and necessary equipment are provided by Vitalounge How It Works Share the days and times you are available. Vitalounge will contact you when a mobile service is booked during your availability. Pick up the prepared IV bag, supplies, and equipment from a designated Vitalounge facility. Travel to the client's home, hotel, or office. Administer the IV therapy safely and professionally according to Vitalounge's clinical protocols. Complete all required treatment documentation. You remain in control of your availability, making this an excellent side opportunity for nurses seeking flexible supplemental work. Responsibilities Provide safe, professional IV therapy in a mobile setting. Verify client identity, treatment orders, and required documentation before administration. Perform venipuncture and establish IV access confidently. Monitor clients throughout treatment and respond appropriately to any concerns or adverse reactions. Follow all Vitalounge clinical, safety, infection-control, and documentation protocols. Protect client privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance. Safely handle and dispose of medical supplies and sharps. Communicate promptly and professionally with clients and the Vitalounge team. Create a warm, reassuring, and exceptional client experience. Maintain punctuality and reliable transportation for accepted assignments. Qualifications Active and unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse license Strong IV insertion and venipuncture skills Current BLS certification Previous experience administering IV therapy Comfortable working independently in homes, hotels, and office environments Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance Professional appearance and excellent bedside manner Dependable, responsive, organized, and punctual Able to transport the supplies and equipment required for each appointment Evening and weekend availability is helpful but not required Experience in mobile healthcare, infusion therapy, emergency care, urgent care, concierge medicine, or wellness services is preferred.
