1 Description American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 2+ years of ED experience and a FL or compact RN license. Details Emergency Department setting within a hospital Night shift schedule from 18:45 to 07:15 8-week assignment length Required to work every other weekend Holiday coverage required for any holiday falling on a regularly scheduled shift Uses Cerner EMR Requirements Active FL or compact RN license Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience required Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA required) TNCC certification required, renewed every 4 years NIH Stroke Scale certification required Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) training required, 8-hour course renewed every 2 years Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start Additional Information Provide emergency nursing care across a variety of patient acuities and presentations Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced pay rate depending on distance from the facility Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
