This program is tailored to foster the growth and development of newly graduated nurses by immersing them in a supportive and clinically advanced environment. Our residency program offers a dynamic blend of didactic learning and hands-on clinical experience at our state-of-the-art facilities, preparing participants to excel in their nursing careers in various healthcare settings. Responsibilities Participate actively in all training sessions, simulations, and supervised rotations. Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in accordance with HCA's standards of practice. Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Document patient care services accurately and secure patient confidentiality. Comply with all safety policies and procedures in alignment with both hospital standards and regulatory requirements. Required Skills Strong clinical skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Compassionate and patient-focused care. Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments.
