Responsibilities Participate actively in all training sessions, simulations, and supervised rotations. Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in accordance with HCA's standards of practice. Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Document patient care services accurately and secure patient confidentiality. Comply with all safety policies and procedures in alignment with both hospital standards and regulatory requirements.
