As a Registered Nurse specializing in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR), you'll work alongside leading medical teams while expanding your expertise in scrubbing and circulating roles. Schedule:

Four 10-hour shifts per week: 0700-1730 13-week assignment, totaling 40 hours weekly plus call

Weekend/Call:

Every other weekend, two weeknights on call weekly No floating required

Qualifications:

Current RN license Previous CVOR experience, with proficiency in scrub and/or circulating roles Active BLS and ACLS certifications Strong collaborative skills and adaptability Excellent critical thinking and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver expert perioperative nursing care in the CVOR setting Scrub and/or circulate in a variety of cardiovascular surgical procedures Ensure patient safety and positive surgical outcomes through all phases of care Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs Adhere to clinical protocols and maintain detailed documentation
