We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nationally accredited Florida Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Team . This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering intensive, community-based behavioral health services to individuals where they live, work, and thrive. Preference will be given to candidates who hold a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing Certification (PMH-BC) . Responsibilities Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, peer specialists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive, person-centered care. Manage the FACT medication system to ensure safe and effective medication administration. Administer, monitor, and accurately document prescribed medications and treatments. Assess participants for medical concerns, medication effectiveness, and potential side effects. Coordinate care and communicate with primary care physicians, specialists, pharmacies, hospitals, and other healthcare providers. Promote health education, wellness, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices. Educate team members on psychiatric medications, symptom monitoring, and medication side effects. Develop strategies that encourage medication adherence and support participants in achieving their recovery goals. Participate in community-based services, meeting participants where they are to provide individualized support. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program. Current Florida licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing. Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing Certification (PMH-BC) ( preferred ). Valid Florida driver's license with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation for community-based services. Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team. Commitment to providing compassionate, recovery-oriented, person-centered care.
