This is a fast-paced, patient-facing position requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to multitask while providing a warm and exceptional patient experience. Key Responsibilities Patient check-in and check-out Answer and manage incoming phone calls, texts, and patient inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments accurately Coordinate patient flow and communicate effectively with physicians and clinical staff Verify patient demographic and insurance information Collect copays, balances, and other patient payments Manage incoming documents, medical records, faxes, and administrative tasks Assist with patient messages and route clinical questions appropriately Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) Provide courteous, professional service to patients in both English and Spanish Support the team with daily front-office and clerical responsibilities Requirements Fluent English and Spanish required At least 1 year of medical office/front desk experience preferred Experience with an EMR/EHR system preferred Excellent telephone and customer-service skills Strong computer and typing skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and work collaboratively as part of a small team Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM In person — South Miami, FL Compensation $19-$23 per hour, based on relevant experience Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with employer contribution Free covered parking Opportunities for professional growth We are looking for someone who takes pride in her work, communicates well, learns quickly, and genuinely enjoys helping patients.
