Job Description
Shift:
7:00 AM - 7:30PM Experience:
2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. 2 years of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience. 3 months of travel experience is required. Experience with Epic is preferred. 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.Requirements:
Candidates must have a Florida license or compact license (required for submission). This role will require floating to multiple units Travel only, local not allowed. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. No current placement allowed atProgram:
Cross Country Program - Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.Additional Details:
1 manager reference from within the last 12 months OR 2 charge nurse references from within the last 6 months (one reference must be from most recent employment)Required Skills/Experience:
At least 1 prior travel assignment required. Phlebotomy experience is required as this will be expected of RNs.Special Requests:
No travel pairs for MS or Tele units unless specifically requested by the facility. No holiday RTO. Maximum 7 consecutive days of RTO. More than 4 days of RTO requires manager approval.Shift & Scheduling:
Weekend and holiday requirements.Floating Requirements:
Travelers are first to float and will float to all units within the med surg division.Details:

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
