$36.57-$53.34/hour Position Summary Seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to serve as a Service Line Lead. This role combines hands-on OR nursing with service line coordination to support safe patient care, efficient surgical operations, and strong collaboration with surgeons and surgical services staff. Key Responsibilities Provide safe and effective nursing care during surgical and invasive procedures. Serve as the clinical expert for an assigned surgical specialty. Maintain collaborative relationships with surgeons and surgical services teams. Support orientation and training of new OR staff. Maintain accurate surgeon preference cards. Ensure specialty instruments, equipment, and supplies are available and properly maintained. Coordinate with OR staff, Supply Chain, and Sterile Processing to support daily surgical needs. Stay current on specialty procedures, equipment, supplies, and best practices. Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. BLS and ACLS certification. 3-5 years of recent acute-care Operating Room RN experience required. CNOR certification preferred. Strong knowledge of OR procedures, equipment, and surgical workflows.
