What they do
A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

- : 7:00am-7:00pm/7:00pm-7:00am (Shift availability varies by unit and location) Professional Excellence Program (PEP) Grow with us. Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn salary increases of up to 20%
- through our Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, professional development, and achievement of advancement criteria. _Clinical Ladder participation is voluntary. Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines_

- New graduate RN full-time positions may be offered on the following units (availability fluctuates for each start date based on campus needs): + Medical/Surgical Specialty + PCUs + Critical Care

- The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
- + Associates of Nursing from accredited school required (CCNE or ACEN preferred); Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred + Must have less than one (1) year of experience + Must be graduating in the next year or have graduated within the past three years + Current Florida RN license (may apply without license, but must have license prior to licensure deadline) + Current BLS from the American Heart Association.
