Job Description
Vetted Health seeks a Travel Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care across partner hospitals and clinics. You'll provide bedside care, perform assessments, administer medications, and support discharge planning while adapting quickly to new teams, workflows, and technologies. Working with a remote, mission-driven company at the intersection of healthcare and technology, you'll use digital tools and clinical data to improve patient outcomes, support care coordination, and contribute to more informed, efficient medical decision-making in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality bedside care to patients in diverse clinical settings while on travel assignments Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and care teams to execute evidence-based care plans Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records Adapt quickly to new hospital workflows, policies, and technology platforms Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans Coordinate with Vetted Health and facility staff to align assignments with clinical and operational needs Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards across all facilities Use digital tools and telehealth platforms to support data collection and care coordination Required Skills Patient assessment Acute care nursing IV therapy and medication administration Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems Care planning and discharge coordination Infection control and safety protocols Telemetry and vital sign monitoring Clinical documentation Travel nursing compliance and onboarding Use of digital/telehealth tools
