We are a busy and growing primary care practice committed to providing high-quality, and patient-centered care. Our team is supportive, collaborative, and focused on improving health outcomes for our community. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a primary care setting and a strong desire to work in a collaborative environment focused on preventive care and chronic disease management.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care Document all patient encounters accurately in the EMR Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and medical assistants to deliver quality care Participate in quality improvement initiatives and meetings Ensure timely follow-up with patients, labs, and referrals
Qualifications:
Current ARNP or PA license in Florida Board certification as NP or PA DEA license (or eligibility) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with EMR systems (experience with Intergy a plus) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
Schedule:
Monday to Friday No weekends or major holidays Schedule may vary between 8:00am to 6:00pm How to
