Triumph Private Home Care is seeking a dependable and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 5-year-old pediatric client in Adel, GA requiring skilled private duty nursing care. This is a great opportunity for an RN looking for consistent weekly hours with one-on-one pediatric care. Central line and TPN experience is required. Schedule 30-40 hours per week available Current days needing coverage: Tuesday

Nurses who can cover multiple days and/or occasional nights are strongly encouraged to apply. Patient Care Needs TPN administration, monitoring, and changes Central line care and monitoring Central line dressing changes using sterile technique Monitor for signs of infection and other central line complications G-tube feedings and flushes Medication administration as ordered Ongoing nursing assessment and monitoring Assistance with all activities of daily living (ADLs) Accurate nursing documentation Follow established plan of care and physician orders Qualifications Current Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license Central line/TPN experience required Pediatric nursing experience preferred Current CPR/BLS certification Strong assessment and documentation skills Dependable and comfortable providing one-on-one care in the home Flexible scheduling availability preferred Pay & Benefits Starting at $48/hour Weekly pay 30-40 hours/week available Consistent scheduling Day shifts with possible night shift opportunities One-on-one pediatric nursing care About Triumph Private Home Care Triumph Private Home Care provides skilled private duty nursing services to medically complex pediatric clients throughout Georgia.
