Assist during surgical procedures as part of the operative team, maintaining sterile technique and accurate instrument counts. Collaborate with anesthesia, surgeons, and circulating staff to ensure patient safety and efficient case flow. Monitor patient status intraoperatively, document events, and respond to changes in condition as needed. Support postoperative hand-off and charting to ensure continuity of care and accurate documentation. Adhere to regulatory requirements, institutional policies, and professional nursing standards in all perioperative activities.
