Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of one year's experience in MS Oncology nursing (recent experience strongly preferred) Current
BLS/ACLS
certification Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills Ability to adapt to rapidly changing patient care environments Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care for oncology patients on a medical-surgical unit Administer medications, chemotherapy, and manage treatments as directed by provider Monitor patient progress, conduct detailed assessments, and document nursing interventions Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and supportive care strategies Maintain strict adherence to infection prevention, safety, and ethical standards
