Job Description

URE Home Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home nursing care for a pediatric client with developmental delays, speech delay, Trach, bed bound, etc The ideal candidate will have experience providing patient-centered care in a home care setting and must be comfortable supporting a child with complex developmental and communication needs. This role requires patience, professionalism, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work closely with the family and care team. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting while ensuring the child's safety, comfort, and dignity. Complete nursing assessments and monitor the child's condition, behavior, vital signs, and overall well-being. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered. Support the child's individualized plan of care and follow all physician orders. Observe and report any changes in condition to the family, supervisor, and appropriate healthcare team members. Assist with care needs related to the level of care needs. Communicate effectively with the family, caregivers, school/support team, and agency leadership. Promote a safe, structured, and supportive environment for the child. Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia. Pediatric, home care, private duty nursing, or outpatient care experience preferred. ICU or critical care experience is a plus. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Strong communication, documentation, and family-centered care skills. Patient, compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently in the home setting.
