Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an in-home healthcare position. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate exceptional patient care skills. This is a part-time position requiring 16 hours per week . • Monday (9am-5pm), Wednesday (3pm-7pm), Thursday (3pm-7pm) Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations of patients.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN license in the state of practice. Strong clinical skills with experience in critical care preferred. Knowledge of internal medicine practices is an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in patient documentation. Ability to work flexible hours
