Position Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our Home Health and Hospice clinical operations. The DON will oversee patient care delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide leadership and guidance to our nursing and interdisciplinary teams. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who values teamwork, quality, and compassionate service.

Responsibilities :

Oversee clinical operations for Home Health and Hospice services. Supervise and support nursing and clinical staff. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards. Review and approve clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness. Lead case conferences and coordinate interdisciplinary care. Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and training. Manage quality assurance and performance improvement programs.

Qualifications :

Active RN license in Georgia (required). BSN required; MSN preferred. 3-5 years of clinical leadership experience in Home Health or Hospice. Strong knowledge of Medicare CoPs, OASIS, and Hospice regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficient in EMR systems (e.g., Homecare Homebase or Kinnser).
