Schedule:
Four 10-hour shifts weekly (0700-1730) Call required: 1 weekday per week, 1 weekend every 4th-5th weekend (30-minute response time) Weekend and holiday rotations 6-week schedule cycles
Key Responsibilities:
Circulate and manage cardiac and EP procedures (LHC, RHC, PTCA, stents, ablations, pacemaker/defib placement) Administer moderate sedation, titrate/monitor critical drips, and oversee patient prep/recovery Float to Cath Lab prep/recovery as needed Utilize EPIC EMR and specialized technology (BBG, ACT, balloon pumps, Impella) Maintain high levels of autonomy while collaborating with a supportive team
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Comfortable scrubbing, circulating, administering sedation, and managing critical care interventions Experience with EP and Cath procedures preferred Enthusiastic first-time travelers welcome
