Tracheostomy Dependent Seizure Disorder G-Tube Dependent Responsibilities As the assigned Registered Nurse, you will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care throughout the school day, including: Tracheostomy care and monitoring Seizure observation and intervention as needed G-tube feedings and medication administration Ongoing nursing assessments Emergency response when appropriate Accurate nursing documentation Communication with the patient's family, school staff, physicians, and HC Roots Clinical Team Following the physician's plan of care while ensuring the patient's safety and well-being throughout the school day Why Join HC Roots?
