Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with 1-5 years of pediatric experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, family-centered care to children in a safe and supportive environment. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia BLS Certified Clean criminal background check Negative TB test Signed statement of history of no misconduct
Preferred:
Familiarity/Worked with the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) 1-5 years of pediatric nursing experience in hospital, clinic, or home care settings. Strong clinical skills with knowledge of pediatric-specific procedures and protocols. Familiarity with medical imaging, primary care practices, and general airway management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust with children and families. Commitment to delivering compassionate, child-focused care in a dynamic healthcare environment. Responsibilities Taking verbal orders Participate in the development and implementation of the service plan for clients receiving nursing services Caregiver Teaching Plan Regularly assesses the needs of clients receiving nursing services Complete Service Plans Supervise CNAs and PCAs and nurses Investigate incidents/grievances Investigate accidents Regular assesses the needs of the clients receiving nursing services
