Job Description

Grace Pediatric Home Care is seeking a skilled RN to care for an infant with complex medical needs in the home. This position provides one-on-one nursing care for an infant with a tracheostomy, home ventilator, NG tube feedings, and oxygen support. The ideal nurse is confident caring for medically fragile infants and attentive to detail.

Schedule:

2-4 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tracheostomy and ventilator care Administer NG tube feedings Monitor respiratory status and oxygen support Perform airway suctioning and tracheostomy care

Requirements:

Active RN license Must be comfortable in a home with two dogs

Pay:

$50.00 - $52.00 per hour
