Provides registered nursing and facilitation services for assigned clients within a designated site and is responsible for assessment and interventions for assigned residential clients Designs and implements treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory, evidence based practice and principles to promote health and medical stability Provides training to clients or family members regarding how to promote health, wellness and medical stability as well as to staff Directs the practice of the LPN and/or CNA's on the unit. May participate in program's on-call rotation.

Requirements:
