Registered Nurse (RN) The RN will be responsible for conducting an initial assessment of the client and assisting with the development and implementation of an appropriate service plan based on the client's needs. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license Current CPR certification Previous home care or assessment experience is a plus Compassionate, dependable, and professional Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members Responsibilities Conduct an initial assessment of the client's needs and condition.
