Manage complex medical procedures such as IV infusions, catheterizations, wound suturing, and ventilator management with precision and confidence. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Cerner or Athenahealth to document patient information thoroughly and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations. Coordinate care plans through case management practices, discharge planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across hospital, outpatient, or community settings. Provide specialized care for individuals with developmental disabilities, memory care needs, or those requiring hospice and palliative medicine services. Respond promptly to emergencies such as trauma incidents or acute pain episodes by applying critical care response procedures in trauma centers or ICU environments. Requirements Valid nursing license (RN) in good standing with relevant state licensing boards. Proven experience working in diverse clinical environments including hospital medicine, emergency rooms, ICU/CCU, long-term care facilities, or assisted living communities. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Cerner or eClinicalWorks; familiarity with

ICD-10/ICD-9

coding for accurate documentation and billing. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, infection control protocols, and aseptic techniques essential for safe patient care. Experience performing advanced procedures like cardiac catheterization preparation, dialysis support, or neonatal resuscitation is highly desirable. Ability to handle complex cases involving trauma medicine, infectious disease care, pain management strategies, and critical & intensive care practices. Excellent communication skills for triage assessments, patient education, family interactions, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
