Key Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license Minimum of one year of recent experience as a Psychiatric RN or RN-Psych in an inpatient, outpatient, or acute behavioral setting Solid understanding of psychiatric disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention techniques Demonstrated ability to compassionately manage challenging situations and de-escalate behavioral health crises Current certifications in BLS; additional psychiatric or CPI certification preferred
