Job Description

Orange Tree Staffing is seeking a bright and talented Registered Nurse (RN) to "Build and Inspire Growth" by providing education-based therapy services to students for the School Year!

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide emergency medical care to students and staff in cases of injury or sudden illness. Identify and support students with specific healthcare needs, including developing and following individualized student healthcare plans. Perform necessary medical procedures and administer appropriate health-related support based on students' individual needs. Plan, conduct, and evaluate required student health screenings, including vision, hearing, scoliosis, and other required screenings , with appropriate follow-up and referrals. Maintain accurate student health documentation, including immunization records, screening certificates, medication logs, student visit records, and accident reports . Communicate and collaborate with students, parents, school staff, and outside agencies regarding identified health concerns, referrals, and ongoing medical needs. Monitor and report communicable diseases while following established school health procedures, safety requirements, and the Student Health Manual.
