Key Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required Strong assessment, triage, and documentation skills Flexibility adapting to fast-paced, high-acuity situations
Core Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive patient assessment and evidence-based care in a busy ER Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes Monitor, record, and report symptoms, reactions, and progress Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely and efficiently Educate patients and families on condition management and post-discharge care
