Job Summary:
Registered Nurses deliver quality care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs, serving as key intermediaries between patients, families, and care teams. They participate in performance improvement, maintain professional standards, and support shared governance.Core Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop care plans, and coordinate care to ensure safety and effectiveness. Advocate for patients, address concerns, and promote patient-centered care to enhance satisfaction. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and pursue ongoing professional growth.Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred, with required certifications including BLS, ACLS, and valid RN license. Must maintain licensure and certifications upon hire.
