Job Description

Heartify In Home Care is seeking a reliable and professional Registered Nurse to complete an in-home nursing assessment for a client in Hillsboro, Georgia.
Responsibilities:
Conduct a comprehensive initial nursing assessment
Requirements:
Active, unrestricted Georgia RN license Current CPR certification Current TB screening Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Home health or community-based nursing experience preferred Strong assessment and documentation skills Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently
